Sunflower Stroll Opens!

We are so excited to welcome you back to The Sunflower Stroll 2026 😊!! ℹ️ Please see below for everything you need to know:

📍 Gorsey Lane, Hightown L38 3RB ⏰ Open 7 days a week, 10:00am–5:00pm (last admission 4:00pm), until the sunflowers finish blooming 🗓️ No booking required 🚗 Free parking 🚂 Accessible from Hightown Train Station via Sandy Lane (approximately a 15-minute walk) 🚲 Bicycle parking available 🎟️ Adults £7.00 | Children (2–16) £4.00 | Under 2s FREE 💳 Cash and card accepted 🧺 Large picnic area with benches (you’re very welcome to bring your own picnic 😊) 🍦 The Sunflower Shack and annex selling ice-creams, snacks and drinks 😁 Straw bale play area 🌳 Woodland trail & den building 🏖️ Giant sandpit 🛞 Tractor tyre play area 😎 Chill-out field 📸 Photo props throughout the field 🌻 Pick Your Own Sunflowers (£1.00 each) 🚫 Strictly no dogs allowed 🚻 Flushing toilets on site 🚼 Baby-changing facilities

P.S. 🥾 Sensible footwear is recommended, as the field is quite dusty at the moment due to the hot, dry weather and our sandy soil. 👖 Long trousers are also advised for the straw bale play area and woodland.

🌿 The Sunflower Stroll is a natural environment, so please be aware of hazards such as uneven paths, nettles, prickly plants, biting insects and other natural obstacles. Children must be supervised at all times.

🌻 We always do our very best to create the most beautiful sunflower field possible. Even when Mother Nature throws us challenges such as drought, wind, storms, hungry wildlife, weeds or plant diseases, we do our best to respond with positivity and creativity. That’s farming, that’s nature, and it’s what makes every season unique! We enjoy the challenge…most of the time 🫣!! 🌻 Every year teaches us something new!!
