A strip of land has been placed for auction in Formby, with an advised guide price of £35,000.
The small plot, situated to the west of 41 Bull Cop Lane, is currently for auction with popular auction house "Town & Country" with the auctioneers advising that it "presents potential for a variety of future uses, subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents".
The site would be quite a tight fit for a new residential dwelling, and one of the properties on Bull Cop has established a small tarmacced access path across it already, so prospective purchasers may have rights of access to contend with, as well as potential objections from nearby homeowners.
Any purchase of this thin strip of land would be subject to Town & Country's minimum buyer's premium of £5,000, plus VAT at £1,000.
What do you think of this plot of land? Worthwhile project or planning nightmare?
