Fitness-focused and health-conscious residents will soon have a new option for convenient, nutritious food, with healthy meal prep company TruePlate announcing it is coming to Formby this month.
The business is the brainchild of chef Jake, formerly of Restaurant 8, supported by trained nutritionist Fran, who revealed today in a cryptic teaser post on Instagram that they will be opening a new premises featuring a customer-facing shop alongside a commercial kitchen.
The exact location has yet to be announced, but Chef Jake says more details will be revealed soon.
TruePlate specialises in freshly prepared, nutritionally balanced meals designed for busy lifestyles, gym-goers and anyone looking for a convenient healthy eating option.
